JOB DESCRIPTION

A Customer Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, resolving escalated issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
