We are working with a fantastic Supported Housing provider in Bath who are looking for someone to join their Young Persons team, with the role offering free parking!

The position as a Young Persons Support Worker is on a fixed-term contract basis, and works with Young People who have experienced homelessness.

Responsibilities would include:

• Working with young people to manage and maintain their tenancies and prepare them for their future
• To identify opportunities for young people to move into independent housing
• To work in partnership with your team to identify and manage safeguarding cases and take the relevant supportive action
