We have fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Structural Revit Technician in Cardiff. We need someone from a structural background who is experienced, talented and enthusiastic about all things BIM related. This role is for an award-winning engineering consultancy in Cardiff with a skilled team covering several civil and structural engineering sectors. 

Project values extend up and into the region of £100m and include schemes of high local significance. The successful candidate will be joining the business in a senior position.

Responsibilities:

• Producing general arrangements, Revit Models for building structures in all traditional materials (RC detailing would be a benefit)
• Liaising directly with other design teams, clients and contractors
• Site visits
• Contributing to design team meetings  
• As time with business goes on you can expect to be involved with standard and process setting in terms of the business’ BIM operations

We are very much looking for a candidate who wants to be using cutting edge BIM software, someone who can draw and model directly from engineer’s drawings.

What is key, is a solid understanding of how a building comes together.

This office is based in pleasant offices in a convenient location of Cardiff with free parking. Ideally candidates will hold a relevant qualification in construction or Civil Engineering such as an HNC or HND
