An opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic Social Housing provider based in Devon within the Property Maintenance team on a permanent basis.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a small team of Multi Skilled Repair specialists to ensure that the affordable housing properties are kept up to standard, and that customers are happy with the service.
Responsibilities will include:
- To assist with general maintenance and repairs for the properties
- To manage the Multi Skilled team to ensure jobs are completed effectively and that key performance interviews are achieved within budget and timescale
- To assist with general maintenance and repairs
- To ensure Health and Safety is followed appropriately
- To deal with any customer complaints or issues that arise relating to the general maintenance of their property
The ideal person would be experienced within the property maintenance and repairs sector, and have good communication skills. Social housing experience is desirable but not essential.
