An opportunity has been created for a Civils biased Project Planner to join a Global Tier 1 Main Contractor on a permanent basis in their Devon office.

This role is to work with a specific side to the business that deliver Multi-discipline flood and coastal defence projects across the UK. A lot of their projects are for local authorities covering flood and coastal defence and the protection and enhancement of the UK’s waterways network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing and updating resource programmes of work for the  site teams.

Due to the nature of the projects previous experience of  working on Infrastructure projects is essential.


Required experience:

• You will need to hold the relevant qualifications, along with a solid history of working on build tenders and projects with a main contractor.
• Previous experienced operator of Primavera P6 and Microsoft project software.
• Demonstratable experience working as a Planner within the Civil Engineering
• Previously worked on Infrastructure projects, such as Flood Risk
• Experience using Primavera P6
• A competent knowledge of various forms of contract including NEC3 and JCT.
