Reinstatement Supervisor

A well reputed and versatile Civil Engineering  Contractor has an exciting opportunity for a Reinstatement Supervisor to join their  reinstatement business unit to work in Devon.

As an organisation they are a market leader within reinstatement and resurfacing service which includes the completion and repair of roads and footways mainly in the Gas, Water and Power Utility Sectors.

Supporting the Project Manager you will be comfortable with working in challenging environments on both public highways.

Due to the nature of the projects its essential that you will hold a valid Streetworks Ticket and SMSTS

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise production and monitor quality of work in progress.
• Maintain a good working relationship and close liaison with clients and members of the public.
• Complete Defect and Interim’s
• Dealing with health, safety and environment issues.
• Manage company vehicles plant and equipment.
• Deal with customer care issues promptly.
• Monitor Driving Performance and Vehicle checks
• Ensure high standard of work is maintained from the Reinstatement Teams
• Complete Site Audits
• Order Materials for reinstatement teams.
