An opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic social housing provider in Newton Abbot, who deliver affordable homes across South Devon, with a view to make these as sustainable as possible.
The position as an Asset Investment Administrator is on a permanent, part-time basis (22.5 hours/ week), with hybrid working available. Primarily, this would involve providing support to the Head of Asset Investment, and assisting in managing data relating to our clients’ affordable housing stock.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the organisation of housing stock, and ensuring the data remains up to date
- Assisting with all aspects of asset management, such as investment planning and appraisals, and strategy/ maintenance policy development
- Managing data relating to energy performance, property appraisals, carbon reduction initiatives
- Assisting with various reports, including action and delivery plans, and changes in legislation
- To raise orders and process invoices
- To act as meeting administrator, through organising meetings and distributing the minutes
- Preparing annual returns
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working in an admin background previously
- Ideally knowledge of: asset/ property management, energy efficiency or equivalent
- Knowledge of asset management systems and the Housing Regulatory Framework
- Very good IT skills and planning management
