Exciting Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor (M and E) interested?
Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new contract? An opportunity has been created for a Quantity Surveyor with a Mechanical and Electrical background. The main office is based in London however the scope of the work will start from Farnborough to Oxford, The company are a market leader and extremely reputable which means they can offer progression and committment to thier staff. This is a hybrid role so you can work from home and then visit one of their many offices once a week to liase with Management. The work will involve commercial fitout work on commercial premises.
Duties will include:
Managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of the project
Managing the costs on the project
To ensure that the project is completed within its projected budget.
Liase with Management
Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
Identifying and weighing up commercial risks.
Desired skills:
Experience in the Mechanical and Electrical sector as a Quantity Surveyor is essential 3 years PQE
Strong interpersonal skills are desired for the successful candidate
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying is desired
Chartered or on route to MRICS is preferred
