You will be reporting into the Sales Manager and will be working on the Digital and E-Marketing strategies The role will cover Planning and managing the marketing campaigns for developments and website. 
With supporting the south west regional with office PR marketing and working on pre-launch and live developments.

Duties/Responsibilities:

•    Assist Head of Sales with marketing budgets
•    Liaise with sales team and manage PR and external agencies
•    Co-ordinate planning,  managing and delivering the marketing strategies and campaigns 
•    Management of social media campaigns
•    Manage and produce analytical reports
•    Development of digital activity including websites, e-marketing, search engine optimisation newsletter and social media.
•    Engage with local schools, colleges, and universities for social Value 
•    Monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns

• Marketing experience/Qualification ideally working within Construction/Housing 
• Intermediate level using Microsoft systems 
• Focused team player
