Project Quantity Surveyor – Bristol
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier One Contractor on a permanent basis. This contractor are construction specialists of new build and refurbishment commercial schemes within Retail, Leisure, Defence and Student Accommodation to name a few!

You will be responsible for the commercial aspects of a project or a section of a larger project with a high degree of understanding and working knowledge of start up procedures is required and you would have managed schemes up to £20m.

This position will include the following responsibilities but not limited:

• Procure materials and off site services in an efficient manner
• Assist in the preparation of the project procurement schedule
• Prepare the basis of work package contents sheets
• Prepare subcontract invitations to tender and evaluate tender returns
• Manage prompt preparation and settlement of final accounts, including variations, claims and disputes
