Receptionist

As part of this amazing growing development in Exeter, you will be working a part of an amazing new office complex, offering fantastic facilities working as part of the office services team.
We are looking for a competent, confident and dynamic Receptionist to manage the following:
- The first point of contact for all visitors and ensured they are greeted professionally
- managing the companies email inbox and assisting with enquires
- Stock takes for all areas of the business done daily
- Ensure all meeting rooms are fully stocked and organised
- Attend weekly estate meetings
- Perform a monthly audit and managing and organising and Maintenance/Cleaning issues
- Taking in deliveries and parcels and distributing post to tenants
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Carry out weekly fire alarm and emergency light testing
- Attending to daily check on communal areas - W/Cs & serviced office kitchens
The right person will be:
- Experience within a similar role
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- The ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentially, and to handle situations with tact and professionalism.
- Has a friendly nature, is reliable and dedicated to doing the best job possible.
- A team player who is willing to ‘get stuck in.
