Project Administrator

Are you an organised, efficient Administrator looking for a new challenge ?

A busy Construction/Engineering company are seeking a proactive Administrator to join as a project Administrator and work within their estimating team.

The role will grow over time but will include:

• Assisting with Health & Safety documents for sites
• Arranging sub-contractors orders and handling POs
• Answering calls from customers and providing a high level of service and assisting with any queries
• Updating Project information including drawings
• Document Control responsibilities 
• Keeping the companies documents up to date, scanning, shredding and filing 
• Supporting the estimating team

• Must have administration experience
• Can prioritise a busy workload and be a good problem solver
• Organised and good communicator face to face and over the telephone
• Good IT skills and can pick up inhouse systems
