Seeking an award winning Senior Site Manager for a brand new development near the south coast of Cornwall. Working for respectable developer overseeing a circa 30 unit scheme of quality high end plots.
I am interested in hearing from experienced and proven senior site managers who have shown commitment and longevity throughout their careers. You will need to have a strong background in new build housing and be accustomed to running volume schemes as its likely the next will be much larger
Attributes and experienced needed:
- Proven background delivering traditional and timber frame builds
- Ideally a colume background delivering 100 + unit sites
- Detailed and thorough approach
- Able to lead a team to success
- Driven by quality and not quantity
- Motivated in securing an award for the site!
- Strong programming and IT Skills
- Organised and self motivated
Competitive Salary is on offer ranging from £60k - £70k DOE plus package and lucrative bonus scheme!
