Modern Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy are looking to add an Associate Civil Engineer to their team in the Exeter office – working within an established Civils team you would be taking a senior role with aim to growth the company.

As an Associate Civil Engineer, your duties would include leading the civil operations and developing business for the office.

Duties:

• Managing a talented and experienced civils teams ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
• Developing business for the office
• Maintaining existing relationships
• Running team meetings
• Work force planning
• Taking responsibility for recruitment and growth

Projects:

You would be working on a range of sectors, including:

• Commercial
• Health
• Residential
• Conservation

Plus more – you would be working autonomously with support from the senior management team.
