The Role:
A well-established Building Services consultancy headquartered in Southampton is looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Engineer on a contract basis, supporting delivery of a landmark residential tower project in London.

The role will involve leading electrical services design at RIBA Stage 3, with anticipated progression into Stage 4, across a complex mixed-use scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical building services design through RIBA Stage 3 and 4
• Design power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, fire alarm, data and communications
• Coordinate closely with mechanical and architectural teams
• Prepare specifications, drawings and technical reports
• Attend and contribute to design and coordination meetings

Key Requirements:

• Proven consultancy experience in electrical building services design
• Experience on residential, hotel or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of UK electrical regulations and standards
• Familiarity with RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 design delivery
• BIM and Revit experience beneficial
