The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take overall responsibility for the technical delivery of construction projects or sections of projects. You will play a key role in managing health and safety, quality, environmental, and commercial aspects to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical compliance and ensure works meet contract specifications and drawings
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams
• Lead and develop junior staff, including appraisals and ongoing support
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to support smooth project delivery
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards in health, safety, and quality
• Undertake any other duties relevant to the role

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in a construction-related subject
• Main contractor experience with strong technical knowledge
• Proven experience as a Site Manager for main contractor
• CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work and Safety Level 1 qualification, SC Clearance
• Understanding of NEC and JCT contracts
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
