A thriving, locally based main contractor with a solid pipeline of new build and refurbishment works is seeking to expand their team to close off an existing project. 

To join them and assist on one of many summer refresh programmes they are in need of a competent and diligent Painter, ideally with supervisory experience. 

In addition to having a relevant project history, we're seeking someone with good communication skills, excellent H & S awareness and a willingness to lead from the front. The usual SSSTS/SMSTS., CSCS & First aid at work would be a real bonus. You should be as happy managing your own trades workload as you are overseeing a small site team. 

You may also be liaising with the client, liaising with other trades (internal and external), and pushing the programme. Ensuring the site is H & S compliant, you'll be tracking progress and ultimate delivery on an online construction portal so you'll need to be IT literate and familiar with this process.
