We’re recruiting for a valued client, a well-respected and forward-thinking development consultancy, to find a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing Bristol team.

This is a standout opportunity to take a lead role in delivering smart, sustainable infrastructure solutions across sectors including residential, healthcare, education, retail, energy, and leisure.

About You

You’re an experienced infrastructure engineer with strong technical ability and a proven track record in leading drainage and highway design for development schemes. You’re confident producing detailed designs, managing projects from concept to construction, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

What you’ll need:

• BEng/MEng in Civil Engineering (or similar) + 6+ years' experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling (Civils 3D or similar)
• Strong drainage design and modelling (Causeway Flow or equivalent)
• Consultancy/private sector experience on residential-led schemes
• Great communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
