JOB TITLE: Document Administrator
LOCATION: Weston Super Mare
SALARY: £13.19/hr
DURATION: 3 Month contract

We are looking to fill the role of a Document Administrator within a housing environment, As well as meeting housing demand our client aims to enable local companies to recruit the workforce they need from their communities.

The Role:
Archival, Records or document scanning experience will be advantageous
SUMMARY:
This is a Temporary, (3 Months) full time role, working a 37 hour week over 5 days.
The role requires a satisfactory Basic DBS check.

The Role:
- Support our clients scanning project to reduce the number of documents they hold
- Scanning documents of varying size and shapes
- Sorting through the boxes to identify documents that can be shredded and those that need to be scanned
- Be used to lone working.
- Have great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be organised and methodical.
- Have a good working knowledge of SharePoint, Adobe and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Be happy to carry out manual handling of boxes and shredding sacks
