JOB TITLE:       Contract Support Manager- Estate Services

LOCATION:     Weston-Super-Mare

SALARY :          £35,196 per annum

The Role:

• Looking after 600+ sites, covering a grounds maintenance contract
• Maintaining contracts including cleaning, window cleaning and waste removal
• Covering the west of England, including Bristol, Bath and Somerset
• Lead contact for arranging and attending meetings with Contractors, Contractors’ staff and colleagues
• Key organiser of KPI and all contract data
• Monitoring and recording of contractor performance and compliance of work against specifications
• Working within a strong Estate Services team

 

The Candidate should:

• Have an excellent knowledge of amenity horticulture
• Have experience in a role covering grounds maintenance contract management
• Hold a great knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation
• Have a good eye for detail when delivering and handling data
• Be able to display competent skills using IT systems (including Excel & Word)
• Be a strong and confident communicator with a range of people from different backgrounds and professions
• Be committed to providing a high level of customer service
• Be comfortable interpreting maps and specifications

 

 

 

SUMMARY:

This is Temp to fixed term role- 6 months role

Working hours to be 37 per week, M-F 8am-4pm

Enhanced DBS is required

This role has a car allowance of £2400 (pro rata) and a mileage rate of 18p/mile
