Architectural Revit Technician, Bristol £25k - £32k DOE

Exciting Opportunity to join a forward-thinking design consultancy in Architecture and Structures, specialising in the development of off-site manufactured building systems. I am seeking an experienced Architectural Technician with a passion for innovation and sustainability.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstratable experience in modular construction
• Proficiency in Revit software and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to produce detailed models, drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with BIM level 2 standards

• Utilise Revit and AutoCAD to create building designs and detailed models
• Generate coordinated models, data and drawings
• Prepare specifications, scopes of work and technical assessments
• Collaborate with internal and external design teams       
• Adhere to project deadlines whilse maintaining quality standards
• Maintain awareness of industry developments and regulatory changes

• Relevant qualification in Architecture, Environmental Design or Engineering
• Membership or progression towards MCIAT is desirable
• Previous experience in the UK construction sector is essential
