Principal Design Delivery Manager

Redruth

We have the rare opportunity to join a large consultancy as a Principal Design Delivery Manager, this would entail driving to deliver efficient and high quality designs, plus resource management.

You would be working closely with the senior management team to deliver great service to clients and stakeholders, plus working with the director of design to ensure the smooth running of the design teams and graduate recruitment scheme. A key part of this role would be working on design standards and expanding the team across all design services the company offer.
This is an external facing role in which you would be communicating closely with stakeholders, local council and more.

What do you need?

• Extensive experience within civil engineering/infrastructure design
• Experience in a client facing environment
• Good commercial and financial knowledge

You would be set the task of following a business plan which includes hitting a certain margin/revenue on projects, staff retention whilst attracting new members of staff to join the company. Whilst building professional relationships with external parties/clients.

They have a very secure pipeline of work, linked to the council and ae working on infrastructure, highways and water projects across both Cornwall and Devon.
