Architectural Technician, Plymouth £25k – £35k

A highly regarded consultancy in Plymouth are looking for an Architectural Technician to join their medium sized friendly team. You will be delivering and working on projects in a variety of sizes and complexity across mainly residential and commercial.

The Role:

• Producing working drawing packages
• Liaising with consultants and clients
• Lead and manage technical design projects
• Attending site meetings
• Measured surveys and site inspections
• Proficient in Revit is preferred but not essential
• Proficient in AutoCAD is mandatory
• UK based professional practice experience required
• Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
• Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
• Architectural degree
• A minimum of a couple of years industry experience is required
