We are seeking an established Senior Site Manager to join a thriving development business and assume interim responsibility for a mixed development of Houses and apartments near Barnstaple.
Taking the lead on the scheme, which is a varying stages with some units being close to completion and others just watertight, it's anticipated that the successful candidate will have all round housing development knowledge from the ground up and a driving mentality to motivate the team to deliver.
In addition to a proven track record and relevant experience gained with regional/national developers, you will need the usual SMSTS, CSCS & FAW with Scaffold awareness an added advantage.
