Operating across Devon & Cornwall, this established company specialising in Civil Engineering & Groundworks are recruiting for a Training Coordinator to be based in their busy office in the heart of Cornwall.

The role

Working in a fast paced organisation with a diverse workforce, you will be taking responsibility for training and development of construction site staff and operatives. Duties will include:

• Overseeing and undertaking practical site training including Face-fit testing, Cat & Genie, Abrasive Wheels and Plant Operations
• Planning and organising on-site training courses
• Delivering Inductions and orientation days
• Maintaining training records and associated paperwork
• Ensuring all training provided is up to date and of the highest quality

The Person

The company are seeking an experienced individual with a passion for training and the continued professional development of employees. You will be a confident communicator and able to build rapport at all levels.

With sound construction industry knowledge, you should hold the following qualifications:

• CITB- CPCS/ NPORS qualified trainer
• L3 (AET) Certificate- (Desirable)
• NVQ Assessor

The role will require travel to sites across Devon & Cornwall. Therefore, a driving licence is essential. The company offers a competitive salary, generous benefits package and good team environment.
